天网恢恢,疏而不失。——《老子》
上天的法网虽宽大稀疏，但绝不会纵容作恶的坏人。语出《老子．第七三章》：「天网恢恢，疏而不失。」后以比喻犯法者难逃国法制裁。明．无名氏《寻亲记．第三三出》：「此人如果太奸豪，天网恢恢岂可逃。」《儿女英雄传．第一八回》：「母亲、父亲，你二位老人家，可曾听见那纪贼父子，竟被朝廷正法了？可见天网恢恢，疏而不漏。」也作「天道恢恢」。
